Custom Interthinx/Predprotect Interface

SSI will design and implement a custom interface from your database to the InterThinx/PredProtect secure website. Loan officers can send the PredProtect request from their workstations and receive the result file back in a readable format in real time.

• MISMO - Create mortgage industry standard MISMO XML file
• Secure - Transmit data safely via secure internet protocols
• Fast - Loan Officers get results at their desktop within seconds

The client program, which is loaded on the loan officer's workstation, leads him or her through the simple process. There is error checking along the way. The App can be configured to email others on the loan closing team automatically when the results come back.

• Create the MISMO File
• Validate the Files against the MISMO Standard
• Transmit the file securely
• Download the resulting file after the PredProtect detailed analysis
• Send Email the results to other members on the LOS team as necessary
• Log files of all transmissions are created as well as both the request and the response XML file

Requirements are subject to change with out notice.

• Access to the LOS data: Microsoft SQL, Oracle, or MS Access.
• Some views and or stored procedure may have to be built on the database server. Permissions can be dialed back once the custom interface is complete.
• Proxy Authentication is required to allow the App to send the XML file to the PredProtect Gateway.
• Download the resulting file after the PredProtect detailed analysis
• Access to a shared drive for request, response and log files.
